Beginning with a long neglected house that had not been renovated in over four decades, this house was restored from the foundation up. All systems including plumbing, electrical, roof, floors, plaster, stucco, landscaping, tile and fixtures were restored, replaced or re-created. This Spanish style house had no functional kitchen or bathrooms. All floors were covered in linoleum and old carpet and the roof was leaking so badly that there was standing water in several rooms. Restored fully to 1920's style, with current day functionality, this home now looks and feels comfortable, yet honors the 1920's Spanish style.
